1. Purpose
NexSara operates as a digital marketplace platform that connects Customers with independent Service Providers.
This policy clarifies NexSara’s role and the responsibilities of users when engaging services through the platform.
2. Platform Role
NexSara provides technology infrastructure that enables users to:
- Discover service providers
- Communicate with professionals
- Evaluate profiles and portfolios
- Connect for potential services
NexSara does not provide the services listed on the platform.
Services are provided solely by independent Service Providers.
3. Independent Service Providers
All Service Providers on NexSara operate as independent businesses or individuals.
Service Providers are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of NexSara.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- The services they offer
- Pricing and service terms
- Licensing and regulatory compliance
- Insurance coverage
- Service performance and outcomes
4. No Service Guarantee
NexSara does not guarantee:
- The quality of services
- The accuracy of provider claims
- Licensing validity
- Professional qualifications
- Service outcomes
- Customer inquiries, lead volume, bookings, business opportunities, profile visibility, search ranking, or marketplace performance.
Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a Service Provider.
5. No Supervision or Control
NexSara does not supervise, direct, or control how Service Providers perform services.
Service arrangements, contracts, and payments occur directly between Customers and Providers unless otherwise stated.
6. Verification Limitations
NexSara may conduct identity or documentation reviews for certain providers.
Verification:
- Confirms identity or submitted documentation
- Enhances marketplace trust
Verification does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, licensing approval, certification, qualification validation, service guarantees, or assurance of future business opportunities.
7. User Responsibility
By using NexSara, users acknowledge that:
- NexSara is a technology platform
- Service agreements occur between users
- NexSara is not responsible for service performance
Users are responsible for evaluating providers and making informed decisions.
Users acknowledge that decisions regarding whether to hire, engage, contract with, communicate with, or make payments to another user are made solely at their own discretion and risk.
8. Dispute Responsibility
Disputes regarding:
- Service quality
- Pricing disagreements
- Cancellations
- Contractual obligations
must be resolved directly between Customers and Service Providers.
NexSara may review complaints related to platform policy violations but does not act as an arbitrator of service disputes.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Marketplace Role & Risk Disclosure should be read together with other NexSara platform policies, including but not limited to:
- Terms of Service
- Service Provider Agreement
- Professional Guidelines
- Trust & Verification Standards
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Complaint & Reporting Policy (Trust & Safety)
- Privacy Policy
- Payment Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
These policies collectively govern the rights, responsibilities, and conduct of users on the NexSara platform.
In the event of any conflict between this policy and other NexSara policies, the Terms of Service shall govern.
