Trust & Verification Standards

NEXSARA LLC - Global Services Marketplace

Last Updated: June 6, 2026

These Trust & Verification Standards (“Standards”) describe the identity verification and credential review processes used by NexSara to enhance trust and safety within the marketplace.

These Standards apply to all Service Providers using the NexSara platform and are incorporated by reference into the NexSara Service Provider Agreement and Terms of Service.

Verification helps improve marketplace transparency but does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of services provided by Service Providers.

1. Purpose

NexSara operates a global digital marketplace designed to connect customers with independent service professionals.

The purpose of these Standards is to:

  • Promote transparency and accountability
  • Support marketplace trust and safety
  • Reduce fraud and impersonation risks
  • Improve the reliability of provider profiles

Verification processes are intended to enhance platform integrity but do not replace independent customer due diligence.

2. Identity Verification

NexSara may require Service Providers to submit identity documentation including:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Identity confirmation (including selfie verification where applicable)
  • Contact verification such as email or phone confirmation

Identity verification confirms the identity of the individual submitting documentation but does not validate professional qualifications, licensing status, or regulatory compliance unless explicitly stated.

3. Business & Service Validation

Where applicable, NexSara may review documentation relating to a provider’s professional activity, including:

  • Business registration documents
  • Professional licenses or certifications
  • Service category eligibility
  • Portfolio authenticity
  • Geographic location information

Verification reviews are based solely on documentation submitted by the provider and do not constitute regulatory approval, licensing authority validation, or professional accreditation.

4. Safety & Compliance Review

In certain jurisdictions and where permitted by applicable law, NexSara may conduct additional trust and safety reviews, which may include:

  • Background screening where legally permissible
  • Compliance checks related to platform policies
  • Review of conduct within the NexSara marketplace

Any such reviews are limited in scope and may vary by jurisdiction due to legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Verification Outcomes

Following review, NexSara may determine one of the following outcomes:

  • Approval (Verified Status)
  • Conditional approval requiring additional documentation
  • Request for supplemental information
  • Rejection of verification request

Verification status may be reviewed periodically and may be subject to renewal or reassessment at NexSara’s discretion.

Verification approval may result in the display of verification indicators, badges, statuses, trust signals, profile designations, or other marketplace credentials on the NexSara platform. The appearance, visibility, placement, design, availability, eligibility requirements, and associated benefits of such indicators may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by NexSara at any time.

6. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Verification status on NexSara:

  • Does not guarantee service quality or outcomes;
  • Does not confirm regulatory compliance in any jurisdiction;
  • Does not replace independent customer evaluation or due diligence;
  • Does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or representative relationship with NexSara; and
  • Does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, accreditation, licensing approval, certification, or professional qualification validation by NexSara.

Service Providers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.

Verification status does not guarantee:

  • Customer inquiries;
  • Lead volume;
  • Bookings;
  • Revenue;
  • Search ranking;
  • Profile visibility;
  • Marketplace performance; or
  • Business success.

Customers remain responsible for conducting their own evaluation and due diligence before engaging a Service Provider.

6.1 No Regulatory Approval

Verification by NexSara does not constitute approval, authorization, accreditation, registration, licensing, certification, endorsement, or recommendation by any governmental authority, regulator, professional body, trade association, or licensing organization.

7. Revocation of Verification Status

NexSara reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time where it determines that verification standards are no longer met.

Revocation may occur for reasons including:

  • Submission of false, misleading, inaccurate, expired, or incomplete documentation;
  • Violations of NexSara platform policies;
  • Regulatory, legal, licensing, or compliance concerns;
  • Safety risks to customers, users, or the marketplace;
  • Failure to maintain required verification information;
  • Failure to respond to reasonable verification-related requests;
  • Evidence of fraud, impersonation, deception, or misconduct.

Revocation of verification status may occur independently of account suspension, restriction, or termination decisions.

NexSara may also temporarily suspend, restrict, or place verification status under review while additional information, documentation, renewal materials, or investigations are pending.

8. Security and Handling of Verification Documents

Verification documents submitted to NexSara:

  • Are stored using secure infrastructure;
  • Are subject to access restrictions and internal security controls;
  • Are processed in accordance with the NexSara Privacy Policy;
  • Are used solely for verification, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and marketplace integrity purposes; and
  • Are not publicly displayed on provider profiles.

NexSara retains verification information only for legitimate operational, verification, fraud prevention, security, legal, regulatory, and compliance purposes, and only for as long as reasonably necessary in accordance with applicable laws and the NexSara Privacy Policy.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that submitted documentation remains accurate, current, complete, and valid. NexSara may request updated documentation periodically to maintain verification status.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

These Trust & Verification Standards should be read together with:

  • NexSara Terms of Service
  • NexSara Service Provider Agreement

10. Jurisdiction and Applicability

NexSara operates as a global digital services marketplace headquartered in the United States.

Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Nothing in these Standards shall be interpreted as NexSara acting as a regulatory authority, licensing body, or certifying institution.

11. Updates to These Standards

NexSara may update these Trust & Verification Standards periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes.

Updated versions will be published on the NexSara website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
