Last Updated: June 6, 2026
1. Overview
This Payment Policy describes how payments may occur on or through the NexSara platform.
NexSara operates as a digital marketplace that connects Customers with independent Service Providers.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, NexSara does not process, hold, control, or guarantee payments between Customers and Service Providers.
Payments for services arranged through the platform are typically handled directly between users.
NexSara may, however, process payments for platform-related products and services offered directly by NexSara, including subscription plans and other premium features.
2. Phase 1 Platform Model
At the current stage of platform operations:
- NexSara does not collect service payments between Customers and Service Providers.
- NexSara does not act as an escrow agent.
- NexSara does not charge commission fees on services arranged through the platform.
- NexSara does not charge platform service fees to Customers.
- Customers and Service Providers are responsible for arranging payment terms independently.
NexSara may collect payments directly from Service Providers for:
- Subscription plans
- Premium platform features
- Verification programs
- Advertising or promotional services
- Other products or services offered by NexSara
Such payments are separate from service-related payments between Customers and Service Providers.
3. Subscription Plans and Platform Charges
Service Providers who enroll in paid NexSara subscription plans agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- Subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- Providers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel eligible subscriptions through available account settings.
- Certain subscription changes may take effect immediately, while others may take effect at the next renewal date.
- Promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, or special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Failure to maintain payment for a subscription may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features and benefits.
4. Payment Processing
NexSara may use third-party payment processors, payment gateways, financial institutions, and related service providers to facilitate payments for subscriptions and other platform services.
Such providers may process payment information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, and security requirements.
By making a payment to NexSara, you authorize NexSara and its payment service providers to charge the applicable payment method for authorized fees and charges.
Currency
Payments made directly to NexSara may be charged in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
Currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, payment provider fees, or other charges imposed by financial institutions are the responsibility of the user.
NexSara is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by banks, card issuers, or payment service providers.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds, an expired payment method, a declined transaction, or any other reason, NexSara may:
- Retry the payment;
- Request an updated payment method;
- Suspend access to paid features;
- Downgrade an account to an available lower-tier plan; or
- Cancel subscription benefits until payment is successfully received.
Subscription obligations remain the responsibility of the account holder.
6. Payment Agreements Between Users
All payment arrangements for services are determined directly between Customers and Service Providers.
These may include:
- Service pricing
- Deposits or advance payments
- Payment timing
- Payment methods

NexSara does not participate in, supervise, enforce, or guarantee payment agreements between users.
7. Payment Risks

8. Refunds

Any refund, cancellation, credit, or payment dispute relating to services must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
Refund eligibility for subscription fees, premium features, verification programs, advertising services, or other payments made directly to NexSara will be governed by the applicable terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
9. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, levies, withholding taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), sales taxes, or similar governmental charges associated with their services, transactions, or payments, except where NexSara is legally required to collect and remit such amounts.
Where required by law, NexSara may collect, report, or remit applicable taxes related to subscriptions or other services provided directly by NexSara.
International Payments
Payment methods, subscription plans, pricing, currencies, taxes, and payment processing services may vary by country, region, or applicable law.

In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern unless otherwise required by applicable law.
