Last Updated: June 6, 2026

These Professional Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all Service Providers using the NexSara platform.

These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into and form part of the NexSara Service Provider Agreement and the NexSara Terms of Service. Violation of these Guidelines may result in suspension, removal of verification status, or termination of platform access.

These Guidelines apply to Service Providers operating on the NexSara platform globally.

1. Purpose

NexSara is built on trust, professionalism, transparency, and safety.

These Guidelines establish minimum professional conduct standards for Service Providers using the platform. They are intended to protect customers, maintain marketplace integrity, and ensure consistent service quality across jurisdictions.

2. Professional Conduct

Service Providers must:

  • Conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
  • Accurately represent their skills, credentials, certifications, and services.
  • Refrain from misleading claims or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date business, contact, licensing, certification, insurance, and profile information;
  • Not misrepresent verification status, subscription status, business affiliations, qualifications, or marketplace achievements.

Any conduct that undermines customer trust or marketplace integrity may result in enforcement action.

3. Safety, Trust & Privacy

Providers must:

  • Protect customer privacy and personal information at all times;
  • Use customer data solely for legitimate service-related communications;
  • Never share customer information without appropriate authorization or lawful basis;
  • Follow applicable safety, hygiene, privacy, and regulatory standards in their jurisdiction; and
  • Ensure that employees, contractors, representatives, and authorized users operating under their business account comply with these Guidelines.

NexSara may review profiles, communications, service activity, verification information, and other relevant platform interactions to assess compliance with platform standards, investigate complaints, enforce policies, protect users, and maintain marketplace integrity.

4. Pricing & Transparency

Providers must:

  • Clearly disclose all pricing before service confirmation.
  • Avoid hidden fees, misleading pricing, or undisclosed charges.
  • Obtain customer approval before modifying service scope or pricing.
  • Not accept payment and fail to deliver agreed services.

Misrepresentation of pricing or service terms is strictly prohibited.

5. Communication Standards

Providers must:

  • Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally;
  • Notify customers promptly of schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other material service-related updates;
  • Maintain transparent communication throughout the service process; and
  • Refrain from engaging in spam, harassment, deceptive solicitations, misleading communications, or repeated unwanted contact.

Where applicable, providers should use NexSara communication channels to maintain documented service interactions and support transparency, accountability, and dispute resolution.

6. Reliability & Commitments

Providers must:

  • Honor confirmed bookings and service commitments.
  • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments.
  • Provide reasonable advance notice for cancellations (minimum 12 hours except emergencies).
  • Deliver services consistent with the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing terms.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to deliver services may affect account standing.

6.1 Marketplace Reputation

Providers are expected to conduct business in a manner that promotes trust, professionalism, and marketplace integrity. Conduct occurring on or off the Platform that materially impacts customer safety, trust, legal compliance, or the reputation of the NexSara marketplace may be considered when evaluating compliance with these Guidelines.

7. Portfolio & Authenticity

Providers must:

  • Upload only genuine, accurate, and authorized images, portfolio content, work samples, and business information;
  • Avoid fabricating reviews, testimonials, ratings, or customer feedback;
  • Not incentivize false ratings, manipulate feedback, or engage in review fraud;
  • Ensure all uploaded content complies with applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and other legal requirements;
  • Clearly disclose, where required by law, if portfolio content contains materially AI-generated, digitally altered, or simulated representations of work; and
  • Not use artificial intelligence or other technologies to create fake reviews, testimonials, credentials, certifications, qualifications, service outcomes, or other misleading representations.

False representation of services, qualifications, credentials, licensing status, certifications, verification status, business affiliations, or professional experience may result in suspension, revocation of verification status, or permanent removal from the Platform.

8. Immediate Suspension Triggers

The following conduct may result in immediate suspension, restriction, removal of verification status, or termination of access to the NexSara Platform:
